Accounts

User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant Picksplit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, and protect the service. You are responsible for having the rights needed to post your content.

Acceptable use

Do not use Picksplit to break the law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; harass, threaten, deceive, or exploit others; distribute spam or malicious software; interfere with the service; or post unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.

Moderation and termination

Picksplit may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for users or the service, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Ownership

Picksplit and its licensors own the service, software, branding, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Service availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Picksplit may change or discontinue parts of the service and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Picksplit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes
